Working Principle of Alp Ecology Units
Alp electrostatic filters used in our ecology units operate on the principle of capturing charged particles in the air passing between the plates using electrostatic attraction force, utilizing the high voltage field created between the plates. They have a very high particle capture capacity.
The dirty air drawn in by the fan passes through a washable metal pre-filter. This filter traps coarse dust and oil particles. Then, according to the principle of ionizing particles, the oil, smoke, and soot in the air entering the electrostatic filter are negatively charged with a high voltage charge. As the negatively charged dirty air passes through the positively charged area in the second stage, the oil, smoke, and soot particles in the air are strongly attracted by the collector plates and adhered to the filter surface.
Here, the air, which is 95% cleaned, is passed through an active granular carbon filter and an ozone filter and is 99% cleaned. The air, which is then passed through a filter with a high particle retention capacity, is completely sterilized. If you want to release the smoke and odor-free air into the indoor environment, the indoor environment must be additionally ventilated with a clean air and exhaust system.
