Working Principle of Alp Ecology Units
Alp electrostatic filters used in our ecology units work on the principle of capturing the charged particles in the air passing through them by the plates by the electrostatic attraction force by using the high voltage field created between the plates. Particle holding capacities are quite high.
Dirty air drawn by the fan passes through a washable metal pre-filter. This filter traps coarse dust and oil particles. Then, the oil, smoke and soot in the air coming to the electrostatic filter, which works according to the principle of ionizing the particles, is negatively charged by the high voltage charge. While the negatively charged dirty air passes through the positively charged area in the second stage, the oil, smoke and soot particles in the air are strongly attracted by the collector plates and adhered to the filter surface.
Here, the air, which is cleaned at a rate of 95%, is cleaned at a rate of 99% by passing through an active granular carbon filter and ozone filter. Then the air passed through the high particle holding capacity filter is sterilized completely. If you want to give the indoor air that you purify from smoke and odor, the indoor environment must be ventilated separately with clean air and exhaust system.
