Galvanized Air Ducts

Our air ducts, which are produced for the purpose of transporting air, are manufactured from three different materials, TSE certified galvanized, stainless or aluminum plate, resistant to impacts and impermeable. The material of ducts, elbows, shaped parts and all other branches is in accordance with EN 10142 and production is in accordance with TS-EN 1505. In addition, TUV certified high-strength, leak-proof flanges and corner pieces are used as joining equipment.

Duct and fitting materials are automatically cut on the plasma bench with high precision in the dimensions given to the computer, minimizing wastage. All air ducts, elbows and reductions are closed with an automatic clamping machine without manual labor. Sealing is provided with elastic silicone after production, and the center points are painted with chrome against corrosion. Each of the produced parts is labeled according to line and position numbers. This process provides great convenience in assembly. The TUV certified flange we use in production has high sealing thanks to its special design. In this way, our ducts achieve SMACNA C Class high impermeability. Our galvanized sheet air ducts, which are installed as an air carrier line between the air handling unit and the blowing and suction grilles, can be covered with decorative materials such as plasterboard, depending on your request.

• Eliminating the additional energy cost that may arise as a result of using larger or less efficient devices and preventing the waste of energy
• Preventing the additional labor cost required for air distribution as a result of very high air leakage
• Minimizing sound due to air leakage
• Minimizing the problems encountered especially in systems where frequency changers are used.
• Although zero leakage is the desired feature in the distribution systems of dangerous gases, it is not the goal in normal practice.
